Resolution 12: Members maintain more vital financial information is needed

WE RESOLVE:

THAT CHF Canada instruct the auditor to add two additional lines to the annual audited statements under administration expenses:

1. staff salaries and benefits (including all staff — full-time, part-time, contract staff or staff hired any other way);
2. staff travel expenses (including all staff).
