“Learn new things, meet fellow co‑op people and have a great time doing so.” That’s how Darrell Saunders, a member of Toronto’s Ernescliffe Non Profit Housing Co‑op, described CHF Canada’s annual meeting.

Over 600 people, representing 266 member housing co‑ops, met in Quebec City June 9 – 12.

Delegates elected new members to the Board of Directors, Finance Committee and Ontario Council.

Individuals and co‑ops that have made a significant contribution to co‑operative housing are honoured each year in our awards ceremonies.

As this meeting was taking place in the middle of a federal election, some of the AGM events focused on the federal election.

Delegates passed resolutions that will set the direction for CHF Canada in the coming year and beyond.

Next year’s annual meeting will take place in Edmonton, Alberta, June 15 to 18, 2005.
